By purchasing our  Optional Shipping Insurance, Your order is protected. You will receive a full replacement if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or you have evidence of theft, failed or improper delivery. Without this coverage, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delivery errors.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged packages, we have you covered! If you don't receive the item that you ordered, or it shows up significantly different from its description, Dear Beautiful Brown Girl will replace the damaged items from your order free of charge. 

By purchasing our Special Extended Warranty, Your order is fully protected for 30 days. You will receive a full replacement if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or you have evidence of theft or failed or improper delivery.

What is covered by Special Extended Warranty? Items damaged in transit, items that have not arrived and have been deemed lost by the carrier, items that have been confirmed that they have been delivered to an address other than the address recorded on the invoice, accessories (earrings, enamel pins, buttons, bracelets). 

What is not covered by Special Extended Warranty? Items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error (incorrect address used for shipping when placing order), apparel that has been washed and/or worn, we do not exchange or refund apparel, items purchased on sale, digital downloads, bags, journals, notebooks, stickers, stationery or pencils. 

All items must have sufficient evidence prior to issuing a replacement. We do not issue refunds- only replacement items and/or store credit if the item is no longer available. All replacements are made at the discretion of the shop owner. 

Sufficient evidence includes, but isn't listed too: Picture of the damaged packaging or item in question, documentation from the shipping provider deeming the item lost or missing, police report, video footage.
