Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. We do NOT process size changes. Please be sure to check the size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at info@dearbeautifulbrowngirl.net for further information. Our policy lasts 15 days following your delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Apparel
Gift cards
Downloadable software products / Digital Products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
*Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return (for a defective item) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dearbeautifulbrowngirl.net and send your item to: Dear Pretty Brown Girls, LLC, 444 E Township Line Road, #1545, Havertown PA 19083, United States.
If a customer's order is returned to us due to them not claiming their package, multiple delivery attempts made, etc., the customer is responsible for paying the reship fee for them to receive their item. If not, a refund will be processed for the cost of the items only.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we process every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order.
